The cold season is here and this is the time we all want to stay indoors as much as possible, I found out this 3 interesting facts you might want to put into consideration:

1. The colder the room you sleep in, odds are higher that you will have a bad dream.
           I guess this are some of those seasons then maybe try stay warm and avoid scary movies.

2. Fats from Junk food trigger the brain to want more food and that effect can last for several days.
           If that is the case, then you might prefer cooking or rather avoiding those takeaways which save you cooking time especially this cold season. You don't want to add some weight now.

3. Most dust particles in your house are made from dead skin.
           Mmmmmh...now that one I don't know what to comment. Keep your house clean.
