Kenya university student was yesterday charged with making<br />malicious Facebook posts about Embu Governor Martin Wambora. Nancy<br />Mbindala allegedly committed the offence last year. On Feb. 14 last<br />year she wrote:"Wambora is just a fullstop compared 2 me. My doing<br />with 1 mnth will be lyk what wambora was to cover 45 years." She was<br />also charged with writing, "Kama huwezi mpea mtu mafuuthi kwa hii gova<br />ya embu don't ask about job/tender..." The case will be heard on March<br />13."<br /><br />Now, this case is somehow similar to the one that i was to be charged<br />with... Make Physical Health a Priority

I love working out such that at times I have withdrawal symptoms when I don't work out e.g. painful thighs due to intense squats the previous day and missing the next. The WHO recommends that we do at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week in their Global Action plan to reduce lifestyle diseases by 2025.<br />Interesting especially for us who have office jobs and have busy dealing with bad traffic; workable for some people but well for some of us our schedules are way too tight to do such. Walk instead of driving to work or taking a matatu to work, if it is a long distant do half of it or cover some distance.</li></ul>So you think it is still not achievable? Keeping fit doesn't require a gym (although going to the gym is good too) or some heavy equipment. Use your body to benefit itself.<br /><br />Have a fitful productive day.

Mieno had presented a resignation letter to the KPL and Leopard's management to leave the team following salary delays by the club. <br /><br />Mieno has now signed a two years contract with Tusker FC and will be joining coach Francis Kimanzi and his fellow players Jame Situma who joined the brewers from AFC Leopards and Patrick Oboya who joined from Gor Mahia as the newly signed players.<br /><br />In other news PUMA will be the official sponsors of the balls that will be used in the 2015 KPL tournament. While launching the ball PUMA's General Manager for  Middle East and East Africa Oliver Wirth said that “We are delighted to  be launching the 2015 Kenyan Premier League official match ball in  Kenya as we strive to continue the success of 2014,PUMA has a long  standing history with both Africa and African football and is privileged  to be official Ball Sponsor for the Kenyan Premier League.”<br /><br />The ball bounces on Kenyan grass very soon, lets hope the managements are working to make the tournament better as we the fans strive to make it the best.
