Gambia defending champions Real de Banjul FC have confirmed the departure of their midfielder and Gambia National Team Matarr Nyan to Kenya Premier League side Tusker FC.

According to a post on the club's official website, Nyan has joined the 10-time Kenya Premier League champions on a two-year loan deal and they (Tusker) have the option of making the deal permanent on the third year.

-We are delighted to announce that Matarr Nyan has completed a move to Tusker Football Club on loan from Real de Banjul.
-Midfielder Nyan, who re-joined Real de Banjul on a free transfer last month, signed a two-year loan deal with the Kenyan club, who have an option of signing him on a permanent in the third year, read part of the post on the website.
The 25-year-old has won the Gambian FA Cup title with Gamtel for four consecutive years in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
This is Tusker’s fifth signing after Cersidy Lumumba (Top Fry AlStars), Patrick Oboya (Gor Mahia), James Situma (AFC Leopards) and Donald Mosoti (Simba SC-Tanzania).
